I retired from the Army as the Chief of Leadership Training for the Army Reserve focusing on communications, personality differences and team communications. Besides flying Helicopters for over 38 years and flying HAA for more than 15, I am certified in several personality assessments but focused on team and crew communications and decision making in times of stress. I have conducted research leading to 2 white papers on Risk tolerance in helicopter pilots and HAA crews.
