Do you ever hear people discussing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and feel like you just can’t keep up? Explore the various dimensions of diversity including a focus on internal, external, and organizational differences in this session. Attendees will discover the importance of acknowledging differences among individuals at work. They will learn how they can help to foster a culture of inclusion in their workplaces.
This module also will look at elements of bullying and will focus on recognizing different types of harassment and will provide guidance for remedying a harassment situation. Frequently, workplace harassment stems from a disrespect of difference, so this program will help attendees make links between creating expectations for respecting difference and the corresponding impact on workplace interactions.
