This brief presentation will discuss a fascinating case of a 4 year old female pediatric patient who experienced several instances of cardiac arrest following a near drowning incident in a rural pond. We will discuss prehospital management of hypothermic patients, including potentially life-saving triage decisions, and integrate evidence based medicine where possible.
