Jessica Rispoli has been in health care for 15 years and in flight and critical care for the past 7. Her primary job is working as a flight nurse and currently works with a hospital-based critical care service in eastern North Carolina. In addition to her role as a bedside clinician, Jess works as a nurse practitioner in one of the local Emergency Departments. She has completed her BSN and MSN, and is working on her DNP with a focus in nursing leadership.
Jess has presented previously at AMTC and is passionate about sharing her experiences with teammates. She began her career in patient care as a nurse in the Emergency Department and ICU in Pennsylvania, obtained her PHRN in 2015, and completed her MSN in 2015 as well. Jess began her flight career North Carolina and enjoys being at the beside with her patients in addition to her responsibilities as base lead. She attended MTLI and obtained her CMTE earlier this year.
