I started my medical career as an EMT working for a volunteer ambulance service and as a tech in the Emergency Department at a Level I trauma center. I graduated with my nursing degree in 2005 and took a position in a Level III NICU. During my 5 years in the NICU, I was a member of the high risk delivery team. In 2010 I moved to Colorado and took a flight nurse position with the Children's Hospital Colorado Flight Team. In 2017, I transitioned into education and am currently the Clinical Education Specialist for the Children'sOne Flight Team.
