Director of Communications
Boston MedFlight
Kenneth Panciocco is the Director of Communications for Boston MedFlight. A Massachusetts native, his communications experience prior to joining MedFlight in 2000 includes roles as a 911 Police & Fire Dispatcher, and a Dispatcher for a private ambulance company before becoming a Communications Specialist which he transitioned into a communications management role in 2005 with BMF. He has been an EMT-B since 2000 and was the NAACS (now IAMTCS) Communicator of the Year in 2006. He is a graduate of the MTLI program and is a Certified Medical Transport Executive. He is also a Board Member of IAMTCS (International Association of Medical Transport Communications Specialists) since 2018 and currently holds the position of Membership Chair and is one of the board members who assists teaching the CFC (Certified Flight Communicators) Course around the country. Since 2016 he has also been an instructor with the CommLab which is a Communications Specialist based training program that is a component of the Helicopter Flight Training Center with Metro Aviation in Shreveport LA. Prior to starting his communications career, he served in the United Statis Marine Corps from 1982-1986.
