I am board certified in both Emergency Medicine and Emergency Medical Services. With over 25 years of experience in prehospital care, I have been a prehospital provider, medical director, and prehospital division chief for multiple air medical, ground, and disaster programs. I am currently a Professor of Emergency Medicine and Public Health Sciences at Penn State Hershey Medical Center. I serve as a Vice Chair of the Department of Emergency Medicine, the Program Director for Penn State College of Medicine's MD/MPH Dual Degree Program, and core faculty for our Emergency Medicine residency and Emergency Medical Services fellowship. I have published multiple scholarly/research articles in a variety of peer-reviewed journals. In addition to delivering several presentations at AMTC in the past, I spoken at numerous local, regional, national, and international conferences.
