Tracey Suppa-Todd, PHR serves as Director of Human Resources for HealthNet Aeromedical Services, Inc. Tracey began her career in Human Resources over 25 years ago as a store trainer for a national retailer. After finishing graduate school, Tracey began working in Healthcare HR at a nonprofit hospital system which is among the largest employers in West Virginia. She spent nearly 20 years at CAMC and touched all areas of HR practice from recruitment to employee relations and from benefits/compensation to policy development.

When HealthNet Aeromedical Services, Inc. made the decision to bring the company's Human Resources function in house, Tracey transitioned her HR practice to EMS and has been both busy and excited to be building the first HR department for such a well-respected company. She's thrilled to be part of another non-profit team doing important work for the people of West Virginia. Her favorite roles within the field of Human Resources include employee relations and leadership training and mentoring.

Tracey and her husband are adjusting to life as empty-nesters, and with her two daughters away at college, she is happy to spend all her mom-energy on her dogs, Ellie and Bee. She also loves to spend time coaching runners and enjoying the beautiful Greenbrier River Trail.
