Phadra has a BA in Psychology with a Minor in Communication studies, BA in Social Work, M.Ed. with a focus on Curriculum Design and a MSW from the Ohio State University. She is a licensed Social Worker and certified Child and Family Traumatic Stress Intervention (CFTSI) Clinician. Phadra has worked at Nationwide Children’s Hospital for the past 15 years providing clinical services related to trauma, child abuse/neglect, early childhood development, parenting education, building resilience and mindfulness- based practice. Phadra currently serves as a Staff Support Clinician with the You Matter Program. In this role, she provides support to staff impacted by secondary and vicarious trauma.
