Graduated in 1997 with Associate Degree in Nursing and spent the next six years working as a staff nurse in emergency medicine, intensive care, cardiology and home infusion. In 2004 started working for AirLink and VitaLink as a Critical Care Transport Nurse until I transitioned to the role of Operational Supervisor managing daily operations. In 2008 promoted to my current role as Chief Transport RN and Program Manager providing daily oversight of flight and ground operations, leading over ninety team members providing coaching, mentoring and leadership. During my tenure with the organization I have acquired my BSN, MBA , CFRN and CMTE certifications in my leadership development journey. My leadership experience has involved leading my current team through turbulent change growing our air program from single helicopter to three, expanding our ground resources, implementing NVGs, developing and authoring our program's current safety management system and building a successful regional partner network for our STEMI and Stroke Transfer System. Through this journey I have brought a team with low engagement survey results to the current state of engaged, resilient and change ready state.
