This session will challenge the participant to utilize CAMTS Best Practices to improve critical aspects of their program. CAMTS accreditation is NOT required. Quality, Education, Safety, and more topics will be discussed in an interactive experience using CAMTS Best Practice. Participants will use an audience engagement platform with real-time feedback. Our goal for new leaders or veterans is to inspire attendees to examine and elevate their program, one best practice at a time.

Describe CAMTS Best Practices and how to leverage them to improve performance.
Analyze current practices and determine if aligning with best practices.
Identify areas for improvement in program operations.
