Without question, availability of qualified staff is one of the largest workforce challenges faced by leaders within the critical care transport space. Traditional means of recruitment continue to fail, and options are few. Join us to learn how one program partnered with government officials to develop a statewide project to not only identify candidates for emergency medical services careers, but to take the necessary training directly to them, in their hometown.
