This interactive session will include an introduction to best practice simulation standards of best practices and provide discussion on how to plan, develop and implement simulation based education into the on boarding and competency based training of your Critical Care Transport Program. The speakers will differentiate between the “old methods” of training and simulation based education and help guide your program to the next level. Using the INACSL and SSH simulation best practices and standards; topics will include scenario design, facilitation and evaluation.
