CANCELLATION POLICY
Requests for attendee cancellation must be received in writing to AAMS no later than Friday, September 29, 2023. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after September 29, 2023. However, registrations can be transferred from one person to another at anytime before October 20, 2023. Cancellations received by July 21, 2023 will receive a full refund, less $100 processing fee. Cancellations made between July 22 and September 29, 2023 will receive a full refund, less a 25% processing fee, or $100, whichever is greater. Registrations are non-refundable after September 29, 2023. Email meetings@aams.org for any cancellation, refund, substitution, or other requests.
